Our company is a leader in dust suction
systems and integrated mobile systems for suction, compressed air
and electricity.
Our company is a leader in dust suction systems and integrated mobile
systems for suction, compressed air and electricity.
CAV is one of the main manufacturers in Europe specialized in making
centralised dust suction systems for surface treatment.
Thanks to a powerful know-how accumulated during over 20 years’
activity, CAV appears as a company with a strong project vocation
in the field of installations for coachwork, composite material, fiberglass
and wood workings and the manufacturing business in general.
Adopting innovative technologies, CAV appears on the marketplace as
a project partner in order to build dust abatement systems, centralized
suction systems, compressed air and electric power distribution by
means of overhead, hanging, wall-mounted or compass movement systems.

DESIGN, ADVISORY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES
|

|

|

|
|
Thanks to its know-how and
experience, CAV supports the company right from the first overall
layout, helping the designers to identify the best solution on how
to place the processing areas.
It is only through this research co-activity that CAV is able to suggest
the best layout for the suction systems.
At the end of this phase, CAV works on the drawing of the installations,
complying with the chosen factory layout, drawing up a technical report
and a system diagram. This working method allows the customer company
to obtain an installation which complies with its specific manufacturing
requirements.
Besides planning and advisory services, CAV provides the company with
a constant after-sales
service based on quick operating mobile units, which
are provided with a van equipped for every kind of problem and specialized
personnel. |

CAV was established in 1980 in order to respond
to the increasingly pressing need of coachworkers for efficient spray
gun cleaning systems.
It took CAV just 3 years to design, make and install dust extraction
systems for disposing of sanding residue, using arms and suction systems
with mechanical technology.
In the mid-eighties, CAV developed a system of three-phase units for
centralized suction, self-cleaning and dust reduction in the coachwork
business
In 1990 CAV started a new industrial process focusing on the production
of systems using INVERTERS, concentrating the suction
system in a single machine, with the advantage of a consumption proportional
to the number of users.
This was a major change in terms of production for the dust suction
business, since it allows large companies with many operators to optimize
power consumption.
To the frequency converter, CAV adds a sophisticated software controlling
the pressure in the centralized channel.
In the mid-90s, CAV studied a series of adaptations on the installations
due to the changing requirements of modern coachwork and of the industry
in general.
This was the beginning of SMAI SYSTEM, the new mobile
integrated system for suction, compressed air and electricity.
