Turbine suction technology is based on a side channel blowing system. This system, used on pumps for liquids, is applied on compressors and vacuum pumps.
Using this principle, a series of extremely reliable blowers have been developed.
Difference of pressure is obtained through a centrifugal-rotating, continuous and progressive exchange of the fluid volume, conveyed between the wheel and the thoroid peripheral channel during a single passage.
The thoroid channel is interrupted on the body, between the suction inlet and the delivery outlet, by a labyrinth sealed area allowing only the wheel to pass.
Due to the special working principle, the rotor and stator have no parts touching each other on this machine.
The operation is frictionless, without any wear or need for lubrication, and the fluids conveyed are without any pollution.
This means no maintenance is needed, maximum noiselessness is guaranteed, there are no vibrations and the device is extremely steady
