The filter self-cleaning system is based on a counter-current air jet moving from the inside towards the outside of the filtering cartridge. The system uses a powerful and effective rotating air nozzle.
Located just 1 cm away from the filtering surface, the air blow expands all over the cartridge surface.
The compressed air flow generates a mechanical vibration on the cartridge surface, facilitating the fall of the dust and opening the porosity of the filtering surface

DUST EMPTYING AUTOMATISM SYSTEM
The dust emptying automatism system consists of three sections:
Vacuum chamber including rotating pneumatic spinner for automatic filter cleaning.
Filtering section consisting of the cartridges;
Dust emptying section that includes a centrifugal dust separator and a build-up area for dust with collection tank and nylon bag. The nylon bag is kept in optimal position by a vacuum system.
The dust which has been gathered is collected in a nylon bag for disposal.
Only manual operation: replacing the full bag with an empty one. It is a more practical and clean system.
