| TURBINE SUCTION WITH INVERTER AND FILTERING
UNIT
The inverter which controls the turbine is adjusted by a special control software which interacts with the pressure transducer situated on the piping. The transducer converts the vacuum value on the line into an analog signal.
This signal is then compared with the software pre-set value in order to keep a constant vacuum in the piping.
If the vacuum on the line goes down, the software will adjust the inverter output frequency by increasing the speed of the motor.
These operations are automatically carried out, without any intervention by the operator.
Such a designed system ensures considerable cuts in power consumption, since the vacuum is constant and proportional to the number of users.
