Overall description

Jolly is an extraction group with side channel blower technology, designed for extraction systems of dust generated from dry primer and filler sanding. This model is designed for wall-mounted installation, which is ideal for optimising space in operating areas.

Equipment and technical features

The unit comes complete with:

• 6-metre arm
• SR1 service control unit
• Installation accessory kit

The dry operation of vacuum turbines dramatically reduces the need for maintenance. Its compact design motor unit is directly coupled, enclosed and with external surface ventilation. The filter cleaning system is fully automatic with programmable times, to ensure constant efficiency over time.

Dust collection and frame Extracted dust is conveyed into a tank with an easily removable nylon bag for quick and safe emptying. The frame is in steel coated with epoxy enamel paint to ensure long-lasting resistance.

A version with automatic start-up of the extraction group is available, activated directly through the use of electric or pneumatic tools.
