Overall description

The F-Atex filtration unit is an ATEX-certified system for ZONE II 3D, designed to be connected to existing high-pressure dust extraction systems. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it guarantees high strength and durability even in the most demanding environments. The filter cartridge is cleaned by a pneumatic nozzle fed by a compressed air tank, with an intelligent control system that activates cleaning only when necessary, thus optimising consumption.

Operating advantages

Thanks to the delta-P sensor and economiser, automatic cartridge cleaning takes place in an efficient and targeted manner, extending the filter life and maintaining constant suction capacity. The lower tank safely conveys the collected dust, ensuring clean and safe operation. The air flow is sized for 300 cu.m/h, which is ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.

Applications and sectors of use

The F-Atex filter is suitable for sectors such as the automotive, nautical, wood industry, carbon fibre and fibreglass ones, where the handling of dust in explosive environments is required. The F-ATEX-HEPA option adds an H13-certified HEPA filtration module for superior air quality and advanced protection against fine particles, being suitable for particularly stringent requirements.
