Overall description

TORNADO is an extraction group with inverter technology, equipped with a highly reliable side channel blower, designed to take in dust generated by dry sanding of primers and fillers. The system operates without friction or wear, reducing maintenance and ensuring operating continuity over time.

Operating advantages

It is equipped with a filter cartridge system whose cleaning is managed by an automated pneumatic system to maintain constant filtering performance. Dust collection is simple and efficient: the sucked material is conveyed into an easily removable nylon bag for quick handling by the operator. The Inverter technology allows the optimisation of the available powers (such as 12.5 kW and 18.5 kW), adapting the machine's output to the actual conditions of use, with an ideal balance between performance and energy efficiency.

Applications and performance

TORNADO is ideal for the construction of centralised industrial extraction systems, capable of supporting up to 12 operators simultaneously, even in high dust production environments. It also features an enlarged filter assembly, suitable for handling large volumes of dust, while ensuring reliability even in the most demanding sectors such as the automotive, nautical, wood, carbon fibre and fibreglass ones.
