Overall description

The Ecologic Trolley is a group equipped with side channel blower technology designed to take in dust resulting from the dry sanding of primers and fillers during surface treatment processes. It features a double cartridge filtering system: the first cartridge holds most of the dust and is cleaned by a timed pneumatic rotary nozzle; while the second cartridge (HEPA with build-up) holds the remaining impurities in the air outflow.

Operating advantages

This product is specifically designed for the firms that do not have a well-defined sanding area or in case it is not possible to install a centralised dust extraction system. Collection of sucked dust is easy and hygienic thanks to the easily removable nylon bag. The unit is also equipped with real-time control instrumentation to monitor the efficiency of the HEPA filter cartridge. As optional item, a two-drawer module is available, for installation on the exhauster top part for greater convenience.

The Ecologic Trolley is ideal for the automotive, nautical, wood industry, carbon fibre and fibreglass sectors, especially in contexts where it is not possible to set up a centralised extraction system, while still ensuring clean and safe working environments.
